Clinic Program

Day 1: Identifying, correcting and preventing seat problems and balance issues in all disciplines

“The seat is the principal point of contact between rider and horse. You can drop your reins, and take your lower leg off your horse, but unless you fall off, your seat is going to be there, maintaining a connection. What kind of connection this is can have a major effect on the comfort and even the soundness of your horse.”

Day 2: Defusing the Fear Factor

The reason that we need to deal with fear, and the earlier the better, is that fear creates bad physical habits which, once engrained in muscle memory, are very difficult to eliminate. And they are the kind of habits that affect all aspects of riding. So if we can find a way to reduce or even eliminate fear, especially early on, it will make our task as instructors much easier.
